Depending on the features you use and your inquiry, we handle the following information to the extent necessary. Information stored only on your device is distinguished from information sent to us or external services.

• Save data such as game progress, items, upgrades and settings.
• Information needed to verify purchases, such as product names, order or transaction identifiers, purchase dates, and purchase or restoration status.
• Device type, OS and app versions, time of an issue and steps taken, when you provide these for troubleshooting or support.
• Your reply email address, inquiry, and any name or attachments you choose to provide.
• Connection information associated with website visits, such as IP addresses, access times, browser information and requests.
• For features that use advertising, ad providers may handle device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and ad impressions or interactions. The services used and information transmitted will be listed in this policy before launch.

2. How we use information

We use information as necessary for the following purposes.

• Providing the game and saving progress and settings.
• Verifying purchases, providing or restoring purchased features, and addressing misuse.
• Delivering and measuring advertising and processing rewards for watching ads.
• Responding to inquiries, investigating issues, and maintaining or improving the service.
• Delivering and securing the website and complying with applicable law.

3. External services and sharing

We use Cloudflare to deliver the website. Store purchases for the App are processed by Apple or Google, depending on your platform. Please also consult their policies for information they handle independently.

We may disclose information for service outsourcing, with your consent, where required or permitted by law, or in connection with a business succession. We appropriately manage and supervise processors. Where information is processed outside Japan, we take measures required by applicable law.

Details of the external services for advertising and related features have not yet been finalized. Their names, the information they handle, and their purposes will be listed here once confirmed, before the App launches.

4. Advertising, consent and settings

Where needed, features using ads will provide explanations and request consent in the App or through your device. Permissions relating to advertising identifiers or tracking may be changed in device settings or through the relevant service. Consult your OS and service instructions for details.

You may withdraw consent to processing that relies on consent, in accordance with applicable law. Contact us if you need help.

5. Website information and cookies

The website currently uses no site-specific analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or email collection form. The hosting provider may process connection information to deliver and secure pages.

Email links on the contact page open your email application. Clicking a link does not send an email from this website or submit an inquiry. If you send an email, we handle the information we receive to respond to your inquiry.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for its purposes or as required by law. When no longer needed, information is deleted or processed so that individuals cannot be identified. Purchase records or records relating to misuse may be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to protect information against loss, disclosure, alteration and unauthorized access. Specific retention periods and deletion conditions will be checked against the App’s implementation and operations before launch.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use or withdrawal of consent concerning your information. We respond in accordance with applicable law and may request information needed to verify your identity.

Deletion methods and effects differ between data on your device and data held by us or external services. Tell us which information your request concerns and what you would like us to do. We will explain any information that must be retained by law or for other permitted reasons.

We handle information about minors in accordance with applicable law. Obtain parental or guardian consent where it is required. Parents and guardians may contact us about the handling of their child’s information.

We review this policy when features, external services or legal requirements change. Updated terms and the update date are posted here. Where needed, significant changes will also be communicated in the App or by other appropriate means.
